Matrix Fitness South Africa (Pty) Ltd will not entertain any refunds and will not be held responsible for any damage or injury whatsoever whether direct or consequential rising out of the use of our equipment.
If after 30 days of notification by Matrix Fitness South Africa that your goods are ready for delivery, you as the customer fail to make the final payment, Matrix Fitness South Africa reserves the right to maintain ownership of the equipment and to sell the equipment to defray expenses. Deliveries within South Africa will be done on Monday to Fridays with 48 hour notification required before delivery. For deliveries outside designated zones, you will be contacted and notified that the equipment is ready for collection. No goods will be given to outside transporters unless Matrix Fitness South Africa has been paid in full.
To ensure smooth and timely deliveries, please ensure the area is cleared and prepared for installation prior to the delivery and please remove all breakable items in the path of the equipment that is being delivered. Owing to the excessive weight of our equipment we will not be held liable for any damage to property. Should the delivery address have staircases, wooden or marble flooring that can be damaged, it is on the onus of the client to cover and protect the area prior to delivery. Claims for equipment shortages, breakages or defects must be made in writing within three days of delivery. Matrix Fitness South Africa undertakes to make every effort to ensure that the equipment supplied will conform to specifications.
All quotes are irrevocable. Should Matrix Fitness South Africa (Pty) Ltd agree to accept any return of goods, this will need to be in writing and the client will be liable to a 10% handling charges calculated on the purchase price of the goods. The onus of proof of return rests with the customer at all times and to be supported by documentary proof to substantiate and claim a refund.
Our equipment has a lead time of between 6 to 12 weeks, however, this time period may vary due to a manufacturing or shipping delay or any other circumstance beyond our control. Matrix Fitness South Africa will at all times do their utmost to ensure the goods are delivered within the prescribed time frame or as agreed to with the client but cannot be held liable for any variations in the time period.
As per the Matrix Fitness Warranty available by request.
We require a 50% deposit on confirmation of order and the balance before delivery. Goods will not be ordered until required deposit is received.
Unless prior arrangements have been made, delivery of the equipment will not occur unless the equipment has been paid for in full.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
On acceptance of the quotation, we will forward you the Terms and Conditions of Sale Agreement to be completed and signed.
